Role: Call Centre Customer Service Representative - Inbound Sales & Retention
Salary: £18,640 including flexibility allowance with an OTE of £22,340
Salary rising again to £19,178 after reaching acceptable performance standards (normally at the 6-month mark) - OTE of £22,340.
Shifts: Between 8am to 8pm Monday - Friday and Saturdays from 9am - 5pm.
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

This is the job
We have opportunities within our Inbound Sales and Retention teams here in our Newcastle call centre and will make sure that we’ll match your skills and experience to the right environment and type of job for you.
What will I be doing?
As a Customer Service Representative you’ll be at the front line of our business having all kinds of conversations with new and existing customers. You may be making changes to policies or setting up home or motor insurance for a new customer whilst discussing additional products and services, tailoring cover to suit their needs. You may also speak to customers who are coming to the end of their contract about the benefits of staying with the AA.
You’ll do your best to meet the customer’s needs and will have the authority, training, skills and experience to deal effectively with the majority of things.
You don’t need any experience of our products as you’ll be given excellent front line training right from the word go. You’ll soon become an expert!
All of our customer service roles are full time, shift-based.
