£17,000 + £600-£1000 per month bonus
We are recruiting for a Call Centre Customer Service Advisor position for one of the leading Financial Claims Management companies in the UK. As a Call Centre Customer Service Advisor you will take inbound calls from existing customers and supporting them throughout the PPI and PBA claims process. This role also has soft cross and up selling targets.
The Call Centre Customer Service Advisor role: This is all about giving high levels of customer service to customers who have made PPI or PBA claims through our client. As a Call Centre Customer Service Advisor you will help customers through the claims process, taking inbound inquiries, making outbound calls to chase up information and follow up on customer issues. You will also have the opportunity to cross and up sell additional products and services when suitable - ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
The package: £17,000 basic + £600-1000 per month bonus
You: To succeed as a Call Centre Customer Service Advisor you will have solid Customer Service or Sales experience gained from within a busy call centre environment. You will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a busy team and have a positive, can do attitude. As previously mentioned, there are soft cross selling and up selling targets with this role (hence the excellent bonus potential), so experience of this type of sales would be advantageous, but not essential.
