Main duties of the role will include -
Supporting and developing team members, producing regular and adhoc management information.
Implementing measures as necessary to ensure service level targets.
Must have excellent customer service skills, able to work under pressure and able to prioritise multiple workloads.
Knowledge of Excel would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Resolution would be an advantage although training will be given.
