Do you have a passion for data, can you spot trends and then articulate your findings across a business? My client is looking for a Call Centre Analyst to join their growing team in London. Ideal candidates will have worked within a call centre environment using industry specific call centre technologies.
You will spend your day coding in SQL, Excel is your playground, VLOOKUPS and pivot tables are second nature. You will uncover insights and and work with the team to turn those insights into action. You will look at where we can automate repetitive tasks, be proactive in reporting and ensure that the Call Centre teams are supported with tailored KPI dashboards allowing them to track trends and make informed decisions. You will report into the Call Centre Director and truly have the opportunity to shape the Call Centre through your insights and ability to provide solutions. You will also partner with the data science team and define best practice, share knowledge and drive innovation. You will be curious, uncover new insights and solve problems. The information that you share will drive profitability across the business as a whole.
