Pertemps Loughborough are looking for a large number of Customer Service staff for their client's UK Contact Centre, based at East Midlands Airport.

All of these Inbound Call Centre roles are full-time only, Monday to Friday, shifts vary between 7.30am start and 8pm finish (8 hours a day), 40 hours a week. Plus x1 Saturday morning every 4 weeks.

These Call Centre positions are temporary to permanent opportunities with a pay rate of £10.32ph.

Customer contact involves the tracking and tracing of deliveries, plus the processing of deliveries. The roles are particularly fast-paced, so candidates must be able to work to deadlines.

All positions will require x5 year referencing and a criminal record check - both of which will be obtained by Pertemps prior to start.
