My Client is a professional telephone answering service provider, who believe in excellent customer service. They now require a Customer Care advisor to join their team based in West London.
Your role will be to take ownership of up to 100 calls per day and be responsible for returning accurate, grammatically correct data and messages. You will act as an ambassador to the organisation, relaying their customer-focused ethos every time you pick up the phone. Successful candidates will enjoy the employee benefits and rewards as well as being apart of a fun and dynamic team.
The right candidate will have a background in customer service, excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Training is provided but having a warm and confident personality is a must.
