Call Centre Agent

Nouvo Recruitment are seeking Full Time applicants to work with a financial services company in Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service to all customers
  • Answering enquiries from customers via telephone, email and live chat
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to listen to customers concerns/queries, dealing with and recording them accurately
  • Transferring calls to the relevant department when necessary
  • Answering a high volume of calls a day

About You:

  • Experience within customer services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills
