Due to huge investment in the past 3 years and continued success, they are continuing their impressive growth of 20% year on year. The company specialise in personal lending in the sub-prime market, for customers with little or impaired credit.
Call Centre Agents will work with personal customers in the sub-prime market and will make provide quotations on loans to new and existing customers, working with only warm, high quality leads. Advisors will fact find to establish customer needs before matching suitable products and closing deals. You will provide an excellent service throughout and look to build and maintain strong relationships in order to encourage repeat business.
The role is based in High Wycombe and pays £20,000-£25,000 per annum and includes monthly bonuses of £300 on average. Company benefits includes 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, pension, life insurance, a healthcare plan, brilliant incentives and much more. Training is outstanding, progression is unlimited and new opportunities are presenting themselves all the time. Working hours are 40 hours per week on a shift basis between 8am to 8pm with ¼ Saturdays being worked with a day in lieu.
Previous experience in a call centre environment, in either sales or customer service.
