Yellow Bricks Recruitment are hiring in Slough for a financial services company who are recruiting for professional Customer Service Agents to provide a high level of service to their corporate clients. In this permanent job you will be joining a high energy team working in a supported, fun and engaging environment. Candidates must have a clean credit record as well as recent work history in a Contact Centre.

Duties:

  • Answering inbound calls from existing clients
  • Providing accurate information relevant to the clients arrangement
  • Logging call details on an internal system
  • Requesting further support for customers in other departments
  • Following up case work
  • Ordering stock for customers
  • Reporting issues to line managers
  • Working a part of a team in a changing environment
