Call Centre Agent

to receive and process incoming calls and customer service enquires. Convert sales leads and process follow up administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • To receive inbound calls from customers converting to sales
  • Calls to be answered promptly and efficiently
  • Working towards set targets and KPI's to convert sales leads in to sales and rewards
  • To deliver first class customer service to all customers
  • provide accurate, valid and complete information to potential sales leads
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Accurately update systems or manual spreadsheets
  • Process follow up administration tasks
  • Follow up sales leads
  • Assist in day to day tasks as required

Essential Skills:

  • Previous sales and / or customer service experience
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work within guidelines
  • Target and bonus driven
  • Flexible and approachable
  • Desire to be part of a winning team

The position is permanent and part time, 20 hours per week covering the opening hours of 15.15 - 19.30 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and Saturday 10.45am - 15.00.
