Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking a customer focused, Contact Centre Agent, who wants to launch an exciting career with a major retailer. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer service calls
  • 1st line customer service support for enquiries
  • Use a wide range of channels including; phone, email, Facebook, Twitter, Livechat and other social media channels to communicate with customers
  • Send follow up emails and reply to customer service enquiries by email
  • Liaise with other agents for 2nd line/escalated customer enquiries
  • Meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Contact Centre Experience
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Must be customer focused and friendly
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal, as you’ll be required to email clients and engage in online chat windows in addition to telephone calls)
  • Reasonable typing speed - IT Literate
  • Reliable and committed
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Proactive, positive and flexible
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Non Essential / Desirable:

  • Experience working with stock management systems, telephone and customer relations management tools
  • Experience with a Client Relationship Management System (CRM) would be an advantage

Hours; Monday to Friday - 8am-8pm (8-5, 9-6, 11-8), Saturday - 9am-6pm and Sundays 9am-5pm

Salary: £17,400
