Shifts between 9am-7pm Mon-Thursday, 9am-4.30pm Friday and alternate Saturdays 10am-2pm
My Client is an established and successful Consumer Credit Provider based in Cheshire, due to significant growth, they are looking for x2 Call Centre Agents to join their existing team.
Working as part of an experienced and successful team you will be responsible for speaking with Customers over the telephone completing a fact find to gather information about their income, expenditure etc and suitability for a loan.
This is a telephony based role where you will focus on providing a good customer service experience and achieving monthly customer loan applications. Yu will be expected to treat customers fairly and follow industry regulations, the company are experiencing good growth potential and offer a fun and welcoming work environment where there is good support and training on offer
You will be given full training on company products and in return my client is offering a generous commission scheme to reward you for your efforts and hard work.

Working as part of an experienced loan assessing team
Responding to leads generated by inbound web applications and calls from potential customers looking for a loan.
Carry out initial application and generate customer contracts
Provide good Customer Service during the loan application process
Completing a fact find questionnaire with Customers to provide suitable lending products
Follow industry regulations such as DPA, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
Deal with calls in a professional and courteous manner.
To achieve monthly application targets
Skills & Experience required
Good telephone manner essential
Experience gained in a similar role within Financial Services industry.
Comfortable working in a fast -paced environment and towards targets
Strong team player with positive attitude and good organisational skills.
Ability to work accurately under pressure and able to prioritise workload
Flexible to work alternate weekends
