We’re recruiting for Call Centre Agents Agents to join our busy office in Trentham Lakes. We would love to have you on board to help us achieve our goal of being the best at what we do through innovation, business partnerships and customer satisfaction.

Don’t be put off if you haven’t worked in this type of environment before, we’re happy to provide full training for the right individuals.

Call Centre Agent: Responsibilities

  • To provide our customers with an exceptional level of service promoting Autonet as a broker of choice
  • To take inbound calls from our customers, understand their needs and provide them with the right product for them
  • To ensure all documentation is issued correctly and meets our compliance standards
  • To work towards targets and maximise all opportunities for Autonet Insurance and our customers
  • We’re looking for motivated people to come and join our business, helping us to increase revenue and provide an excellent level of customer satisfaction to all of our customers. You will be working within a busy contact centre environment, so you’ll need to not be afraid of speaking to a variety of customers on the phone

Although no experience is required, there are a few things we require from applicants:

About you:

  • Have a natural wish to speak to our customers’, build rapport, understand their needs and provide a solution for them
  • Be computer literate
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have the ability to work within a regulated environment
  • Have Maths & English GCSE or equivalent
  • Want to earn a good monthly bonus by working to very realistic targets

Desirable criteria includes:

  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre environment
