Call Centre Advisor

£9.00 Per Hour

Temp to perm

We are looking to recruit a Call Centre Advisor, this is a telephone based role and you would be responsible for providing quick and efficient handling of any 'After Sales' matters raised by the end user (the Consumer) or trade partners (Service Agents, Distributors and Third Party Clients) by telephone and by email within strict timeframes and KPIs.

Duties involved

· Answer inbound calls

· Accurately entering data

· Establish faults with consumers to determine appropriate actions

· Utilising a series of trouble shooting questions

· Using Call-2-Field software & postcode look-ups to select engineers for areas and skill Sets

· Emailing job Sheets to the engineers

· Take technical enquiries from both trade and consumers

· Returning calls to consumers and partners

· Effectively responding to enquiries and validating information

· General follow-up activity and administration tasks as and when required

Essential Requirements:

· Excellent telephone manner and able to communicate effectively across all levels

· Accuracy and attention to detail skills

· Self-motivated & resilient with a positive outlook and willing to rise to the challenge

· Must have own transport as no public transport available

The above role is based on a temp to perm basis with an ASAP start. You would be required to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. For more information please call Georgia on .
