Your new role
This is an exciting to chance to join an expanding business as a Call Centre Advisor, you will be joining a 6 + strong team reporting into a Team Leader. The purpose of this Call Centre Advisor job is to provide admin support offering a seamless customer journey. Duties include but not limited to:
- Answering high volume of incoming calls 50+
- Manage inboxes Updating notes and the database for each call taken
- Deal with all call queries and answer enquiries (if required escalate calls)
- Call backs with appointments or additional information required
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this Call Centre Advisor job, you must have EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & PEOPLE SKILLS, gained ideally within a busy and fast paced office-based customer services role or alternately a role where you have had to deal with people extensively. This job will require excellent organisational and coordination skills as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to deal with sensitive and highly confidential information appropriately.
