Working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm in an office based role, you will be speaking with customers over the telephone, investigating payment queries and finding a solution with the customer, including arranging payment schedules. You will be completing forms over the telephone wtih the customer to enable a plan to be put into place. You will possess excellent communication skills and enjoy providing the best solution for customers.

Working as a Call Centre Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting customers by telephone and letters
  • Monitoring payments dealing with any queries
  • Handling complex calls to resolution
  • Completing forms over the telephone with the customers

We are particualrly looking for an individual with recent call handling or call centre experience.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a credit check and full DBS which will be undertaken by the employer at offer stage.
