Oakes Recruitment are working together with a local business who are looking for additional team members in the Lowestoft Head Office

This is an exciting opportunity to join a worldwide brand and work with in their head office in the UK, who has built their well-established brand for almost 50 years with the manufacture, supply and installation of their products all over the world.

As a Call Centre Advisor you will be first point of contact in the business, providing valuable service and sales to prospective and existing customers. We currently have full vacancies available all on a permanent basis. Full training will be provided. Second languages would be an advantage but not essential.

Within this role you will report into the Call Centre Team Leader. The role involves, explaining the product/service to potential customers, handling customer questions, and recording customers order details onto dedicated computer systems. There is an established database of customers, although you will be expected to research and expand this.
