As part of its ongoing success and growth, a group of companies providing consumer financial solutions across a range of products including Life Insurance and Pensions is currently recruiting for its growing team of Sales Advisors who play a key role in making all its customers better of by carrying out Life Insurance and Pension reviews.
The key responsibilities of the Sales Advisors will be to contact prospective new clients to discuss their existing life insurance policy and pensions, and in instances whereby there is no current policy or pension, explain the benefits that these will bring.
As the successful Sales Advisors will be discussing personal information and details it is important that you have strong communication and excellent rapport building skills.
Previous experience within sales of some form is hugely advantageous, our successful sales advisors come from a wide range of backgrounds such as; Direct Sales, Telesales, business development roles, face to face sales, Retail, Customer Service and Hospitality to name a few. We find that natural talent, attitude and hard work are of equal importance to background and sector experience.

You will be working alongside experienced advisors and will be provided with full system, sales, product and objection handling training
The business is located in Manchester City Centre with access to all major public transport links and City Centre bars, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. In return for your commitment and hardwork you will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £16,000-£18,000 with an OTE of £25,000-£30,000 though all commissions are uncapped. There are also a wide range of weekly incentives of offer, ranging from paid lunches ad hoc bonuses and a flexible reward scheme.
