Call Centre Advisor
Yellow Bricks are hiring experienced Call Centre Advisors to join our well established Slough client as their department grows in all directions. We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills as well as a high level of accuracy and strong literacy skills. With varying start dates, this job working for a well known organisation are recruiting switched on, committed and dedicated people to join their team.
Candidates who apply should have experience working within Customer Service and be comfortable attending an assessment centre used for the purpose of hiring. We are seeking people with a strong ability to communicate well over the telephone, able to work in a changing environment under pressure. Full training is provided for successful candidates, full commitment to the role is required in return. The salary is £23000
** Candidates MUST be able to demonstrate a clean credit record as well as a clear DBS check**
**Candidates MUST have recent experience in a Call Centre**
- Answering inbound calls from business and personal customers
- Logging information on the in-house system
- Organising price quotations
- Providing accurate information bespoke to each client
- Following up on existing cases
- Liaising with colleagues across the team for support
- Managing the order process
- Providing updates when required
- General administration
Unfortunately candidates with CCJs or criminal convictions may not be considered due to special clearances required for the role. We are hiring 2 x 6 month FTC We are hiring 4 x Permanent roles
