Revive Recruitment are currently working with a highly reputable, established and expanding business in Northwich to recruit Customer Service/ Call Centre Advisors. If you hold great customer service or call centre experience then we would like to hear from you for this fantastic opportunity!

Job Title: Customer Service/Call Centre Advisor
Location: Northwich, Gadbrook Park
Salary: National Minimum Wage plus up to 6% performance bonus

Main Purpose of Job:

You will be responsible for dealing with customer service calls from clients and customers on a day-to-day basis and gathering and collating claims information.

The position will consist of:

  • Working within a team you will be dealing with all inbound calls from customers and clients, collecting and collating claims information, resolving low level complaints and general every day queries.
  • Assessing customer and client requirements and offering products and services.
  • Liaising with departments and engineers to arrange vehicle repair whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Updating claims information on the in-house databases to ensure all material facts and information relative to the claim are kept up to date.
  • To provide the customer with an excellent level of customer services at all times.

To apply for these exciting new positions, Call Centre experience is not essential, however you must hold the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • An assertive, structured and positive approach.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, manage own workload and work in a target driven environment.
  • Understand and routinely deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office packages.

Working Hours:

  • To work 37.5 hours per week to work between the hours of 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and 1:5 Saturdays 09:00 to 14:00 on a five-week shift rota basis.
