We are looking for a number of Call Centre Advisor's to work for our client based in Middlesbrough.
This is a 4 month initial contract which may be extended.
This role will involve:
- Taking inbound and outbound calls from and to customers.
- Dealing with queries
- Following up calls with email correspondence
Full training will be provided but candidates will ideally be experienced within a customer service or call centre role.
- Must be computer literate
- Must have a high level of customer service
- Must be able to work shift rota's
