Call centre Advisor

You will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to all customers by telephone and email. This role is to provide customers with appropriate advice and deal with any complaints in a professional manner at all times.

Rotational shifts, including 1 in 4 weekends.

Duties will include:

  • Answering calls/correspondence from customers

  • Log and deal with any complaints

  • Report to the Team Leader for any major issues or those of importance

  • Liaise with all relevant departments and third parties to resolve issues

  • Log and record all necessary information to the required standard

  • Take full ownership of all issues and see through to successful completion/ resolution
