The job involves taking and making calls to the existing customers of a leading UK mobile phone company, helping them with their contracts and selling additional products and services. This is a target driven position that requires tenacity, resilience and excellent communication skills
You’ll also need be highly professional, eager to develop and quick to seize on a sales opportunity.
We not only offer services in Mobile Telecommunications but offer packages for both Home and Mobile Broadband. Training for all these products will be given.

Account and CRM management, Advisors are required to manage and upgrade customer from a company CRM base, This includes building rapport with customers by providing excellent customer service and expertise, and Ensuring customers are up to date with the latest products and services, Promoting the brand and generating sales either over the phone or through the stores. Each advisor is allocated their own base which is to be maintained and managed to the highest level and ensure regular contact is made.
Meet set sales targets to the minimum company expectations.
Deliver high levels of customer service
Continued communications are up held with the customer.
Marketing the brand and promotions through mail shots and regular contact.
Ensure best practice is applied to base management and data entry.
Ensure that all transactions are completed with integrity and courtesy.
Required to meet minimum call volumes daily.
Undertake all company training initiatives as required.
Adhere to distance selling rules and regulations.
Keep updated in all current promotions and products.
Support the implementation and maintenance of all Health and Safety regulations.
Adhere to company policies and procedures supporting the management team in all required tasks as requested.

Call statistics are met to a satisfactory level/ Outbound calls/ Incoming calls /Idle time/ AV Outgoing Call time and Total duration.
