Call Centre Customer Service Advisor

Do you want to work for a fun call centre in Middleton as a Call Centre Customer Service Advisor? It has a great working environment, excellent training and is a really fun place to work. Call Centre or Customer Service Advisor experience is not essential for this role - we would love to speak to people with great Customer Service experience gained in any customer facing environment.

The Customer Service Advisor Role: As a Call Centre Customer Service Advisor, you will work as part of a busy team speaking to the customers of one leading mobile phone companies in the UK, providing them with excellent levels of customer service.

All calls are from existing customers and there is NO COLD CALLING in this role.

About You: We are looking for people with some customer service experience but this doesn't have to have been gained in a call centre environment. However, you must genuinely want to work in a call centre, be outgoing and confident and be keen to learn and develop yourself. You will also have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers and be driven to hit targets and earn bonuses.

The Package:
* £14,500-16,500 + £500-£800 per month uncapped bonus
* 28 days holiday

The call centre is based in Middleton and there is parking available onsite.
