Candidates MUST have the following:

  • Customer Service experience, within a contact centre
  • Have a good level of numeracy and literacy skills and computer skills
  • Proven experience of providing first point of contact service and can interact with people in a positive professional manner

Duties:

  • Providing a supportive and communicative service with members of the public and within your team
  • Inputting and interpreting data, maintaining accurate records and dealing with sensitive information
  • Carrying out administrative duties to support the team
