You will possess:

  • Experience of working in a Customer Service or Call centre role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers over the phone
  • Problem solving skills and an eye for detail
  • Real passion for delivering consistent, world class customer service
  • Experience of both Microsoft Word & Excel

The Call Centre - Inbound Advisor offers;

  • £570 - £610 per fortnight + monthly bonus'
  • Fortnightly pay
