Call Centre Administrator
I am currently looking to recruit strong administrators for a call centre administrator job. You will be part of the new correspondence team for an Automotive Customer service centre based in Luton.
This is a new department and requires you to have experience in customer service. You will be required to deal with all correspondence from customers so good reading and writing skills are required for this role.
There maybe times where you will be required to deal with customers on the phones.
