Call Centre Administrator role based in Chelmsford - part time -9.30am to 2.30pm- term time only.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for part time work, school hours.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience within a call centre environment who is used to taking a large volume of inbound enquires.
The role involves both inbound and outbound calls - taking calls/queries/problems over the phone from customers. Therefore, experience in inbound queries and customer service is desirable.
You will be supporting and working closely with approximately 100 customers within a specific geographic area, working within a small team helping to sustain a high level of service and building relationships.
You will be required to handle customer queries and deal with issues around orders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, a pleasant telephone manner and some experience of diary management would be very desirable.
Working hours will be 9.30am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only.
