A 3 month temporary CAD Technician position with a social housing organisation based in North Wales

Your new company
You will be working for a large, busy housing association who provide affordable and quality housing solutions to tenants. Your new company have a large portfolio of homes, and are responsible for the maintenance/management of these properties, which cover the North West Wales area.

Your new role
This new role as CAD Technician will require you to prepare detailed CAD drawings for disabled adaptations, suitable for submission to planning/control and other tender documents. You will liaise with multiple teams and residents across the association, assessing their individual needs and complying with up-to-date regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this CAD Technician position, you will need to be conversant with AutoCAD and ideally have a good understanding of relevant legislation such as building and planning regulations.

What you'll get in return
If you are successful in gaining this CAD Technician position, you will earn an hourly rate of around £11 per hour dependant on your experience. This is an excellent chance to gain exposure with a fantastic and growing organisation.
