A highly regarded and long established manufacturer of pipe fittings is currently looking to recruit a skilled Technical Design Draughtsperson at their Pembroke site. This is a design and development position, you would be tasked with using CAD to produce bespoke drawings of handrailing structures in a technical sales environment. You would also be expected to liaise with customers and subsidiary companies, handling enquiries and ensuring designs meet the client's needs as well as conform with relevant national or international standards.
The role will suit a confident and technically assured CAD Designer with significant experience in the design of civil or mechanical engineering structures or systems. You will be a self-motivated individual, able to work under pressure when required and able to work with minimal supervision, following existing systems and procedures. The ability to work quickly, carefully and accurately is essential, as is demonstrable experience working to national or international standards in previous roles.
