Sitting at the heart of Business Operations, our MI and Business Analytics hub provide reporting and insight through analytics. As a Senior Management Information Specialist you will provide comprehensive business analytics across a wide variety of data areas which will in turn drive efficiencies across our back office functions. You will deal with a wide range of customers and stakeholders ranging from HR to Surrey Fire and Rescue.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for requests for information for example workforce reports and requests for ad hoc information as well as HR statutory returns and Freedom of Information requests; therefore you will be able to extract, summarise, and analyse raw data and format this into reports that are both comprehensive and cohesive. This is a business critical role as your analysis and reporting will provide insight and help to inform strategy and drive transformation.
This role will give you the opportunity to work collaboratively with a wide variety of customers, therefore your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be put to full use. You will enjoy the challenge of working in a busy team, have the ability to work flexibly and be able to prioritise workloads to meet challenging deadlines.
