C# Software Engineer
Rotation of 2 weeks in the office (Reading or Leatherhead) then 4 weeks working from home
£55-65K plus extensive benefits package
Due to the highly secure nature of this work all applicants will be required to gain UK Security Clearance to at least SC level. You must be a British National who has been resident in the UK for at least the last 5 years and you cannot have been outside the UK for more than 28 days on any one occasion within this time.
To be successful in this role:
Candidates will be confident C# Software Engineers and will have the following technical skills:
- SQL (Preferably MS SQL Server/T-SQL)
- C# development on Windows using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 (or later)
- Scripting (preferably PowerShell)
- Comfortable in a working from home environment
The work will be as part of an Agile team based in either Reading or Leatherhead with potential trips to the other. The project operates regular 'rota based' outages, which a candidate would be part of for the role. The outages take place outside normal working hours with overtime payable.

Our client is looking for a C# Software Engineer with an established track record to work on the one of their flagship healthcare programmes. The core of the system is a COTS product (PCS) which has been customised with bespoke code and database schemas to provide the required functionality. In addition to this, a variety of smaller bespoke and customised applications are supported and developed into the environment.
Job role and responsibilities:
The role will involve being part of an Agile (SAFe) team working from home in a number of areas, which include:
- Investigating and diagnosing issues with the current system
- Developing enhancements and fixes to the current software applications
- Working with the client to define and implement new requirements in an Agile way
- Assisting with the development of automation scripts and process improvements
- Producing documentation as required, including release notes, installation guides, etc
