Looking for an experienced Software Engineer with strong C++ programming skills, to work on redesigning a world leading system, taking advantage of microservice architecture. This is a massive re-engineering project with a budget of 4-million-euro budget to improve a key mission critical application. It will be technically challenging, involving major changes to all layers of the software stack - database, business and presentation. The system is currently designed as a distributed service-oriented-architecture, making extensive use of C++, messaging middleware, Oracle, Linux and MongoDB technologies.
Skills / Environment: Strong C++, microservice architecture concepts
Desirable: Oracle, domain driven design, messaging frameworks
Joining a project team of 4, you will be based in the Heathrow office, but working within a global team, interacting with colleagues across the globe.
Salary: up to 60K
