Salary: £45-55k + full funding for relevant training/certifications + 10% employer pension contribution + 25 days holiday!
C# Lead Developer with strong hands-on Microsoft .NET/C#/SQL Server development experience, coupled with experience of/an aptitude for team leading, required by long established & highly successful organisation based between Stowmarket & Bury St Edmunds as they look to further strengthen their 15-strong Microsoft development team.

In this role, there will be extensive hands-on coding but you will also take responsibility for a small team prioritising their work, challenging, encouraging or motivating where required, ensuring adherence to development best practices & mentoring less experienced individuals as appropriate. In addition to experience of/an aptitude for team leading, demonstrable experience across the full software lifecycle, including requirements gathering, would be anticipated together with good hands-on Microsoft .NET/C#/SQL Server application development experience.
