We are looking for managers, team leaders and consultants who have worked in fashion recruitment specifically covering either high street retail, luxury, beauty, buying and merchandising, digital marketing, human resources or wholesale design and production.

So, this is where you come in.

You GET recruitment. You know what we mean. You understand it is the toughest of jobs. No one calls you for a chat, right? Accept it, you are not everyone’s friend. However, you will be focused on those long-term relationships because you know that candidate who didnt get that job two years ago may well be a future client.

You will be looking to step your career forward, possibly into a management role. But, we understand that is not everyone’s cup of tea. So, if moving into a bigger space, or developing business is your bag then that’s cool also.

With some very experienced people around you led by Lennie, (check out her LinkedIn profile, she’s the one with the professional pout and big hair) you will get all the tools you need to be confident in the role and make it a success. Yes, we think we can make you an even better recruiter!

Some things we can’t teach you though. You will need to show some real grit and determination - but you will have that in buckets, otherwise, you wouldn’t have survived the shark-infested waters for the past few years. Our offices are full of positive, straightforward people, and we want you to fit into that.

You know the hours are long, you know the bad days are pretty awful. But, you will be forward thinking and understand that the more you put in, the more you get out.
