Working for a fast paced, fun and creative wedding and party decorations company. You will be a key member of the Product Development/ Buying Team.

This role requires a hard-working individual - used to a fast pace environment, and with a sharp eye for detail. Must be able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a team, as well as able to use own initiative.

Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Weekly up keep of sales and trade information
  • Update and drive critical path to ensure key dates are met for the whole business
  • Management of samples - from initial concept, sample approval comments through to tracking delivery of samples.
  • Ensuring key product information is always up to date using internal systems
  • Management of customer label requirements
  • Management of the full QC check process from booking through to shipment
  • Assisting in new range development from the start of season
  • Data entry across all sales platforms for new season launches
  • Filling out customer new line forms
  • Communicating daily with factories in the Far East
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Key skills and experience:

  • Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple systems, within a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritise a varied workload, with support from team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Impeccable organisation skills
  • Logical thinker - able to problem solve
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of listing new products on websites and marketplaces - preferred but not essential
  • Experience within home/gifts/party décor/stationery- preferred but not essential
