Buyer (Residential Developer)
Up to £45,000 + car allowance + benefits
My client is a residential developer with a good reputation for producing quality/luxury, traditional build and private developments. They pride themselves on creating a high quality product with high specification finishes. They have a strong history within the market which they have achieved through winning a number of awards.
The current market is extremely competitive and my client constantly have there finger on the pulse keeping them at the top. Due to expansion they now wish to appoint another Buyer to oversee developments within Nottingham.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will drive/lead your team to perform to their optimum. Your qualities will include strong business acumen and attention to detail.
You must have experience of working for a House Builder, preferably in a volume environment and have a demonstrable track-record of success.
- Will have experience within Resource Management.
- Will have experience of the scheduling and quantifying of materials.
- You will need to monitor and evaluate stock the quality of materials.
- You will be given full Commercial management of the specific housing project.
You will have:
- Clear buying background with a developer or house building main contractor
