KNOW THE ROLE
You’ll keep us one step ahead of our competitors – introducing new labels, negotiating exclusive products, events and the best possible terms. You’ll apply your product knowledge and ensure we’re introducing the best product to support the inception and execution of a new concept in menswear. Maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and the wider business, your commercial focus will mean you take interest in your products right through to point of sale.
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll already have excellent knowledge of contemporary menswear trends in addition to excellent commercial acumen in order to drive volume within the department.You will have a strong understanding of the 360 cycle in making the product come to life both online, in stores and through events
You’ll also have exceptional organisational skills, the ability to trade at product level and also manage buys for numerous brands.
As a buyer in menswear, we’ll expect you to hit the ground running. You’ll be creative in your approach, have an eye for the next big thing and your relationship management skills will be second to none

The story began when Harry Gordon Selfridge first arrived in London from Chicago in 1906 with his heart set on opening his dream store.
