Supporting the Children's Social Care teams based at SEV, Ollerton you will require the following:
Excellent keyboard skills and the ability to use IT packages including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Able to produce accurate work, paying attention to detail and adhering to confidentiality and information management in line with data protection regulations.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritising a busy workload effectively in order to meet strict statutory deadlines and with a high level of flexibility to ensure cover is provided where it is most needed.
Excellent customer service and communication skills - both written and verbal - with a professional telephone manner, providing guidance and advice appropriately.
Experience of data input and the ability to create, manage and manipulate information to produce reports.
Ability to work well within a team but also be able to use own initiative and work independently.
Must have experience in working in an admin role in the past two years.
