Contact Centre Partners is supporting a fantastic and well-known brand with its recruitment of a Contact Centre Business / Telephony Analyst for a 12-month fixed term contract.

Based out of their brand new, purpose built, Surrey based offices, you will form part of an integral project team which is working on a sizeable, UK-wide telephony migration project to reduce call abandonment, increase customer retention and positively impact the overall customer experience.

To be considered for this role you will have a strong contact centre telephony background and solid experience in process mapping, data collection and analysis, contact centre migration and be flexible to travel between UK sites up to 3 times per week in the first instance. (Travel aspect may not be a long-term requirement).

You will have the ability to quickly integrate yourself into what is a very inclusive project team, engage with both external and internal stakeholders including telephony provider, general management and marketing.
