Business Technology Support Manager
Up to €80,000 depending on experience plus bonus and benefits
My client is a successful FCA registered financial planning and tax consultancy with very successful and established operations throughout Southern Europe and the UK.
The main responsibilities of the role include managing the Business Technology Support Team to ensure the service provided is efficient, effective and continuous. You will be responsible for managing the performance of the team to maintain the highest standards of customer services and to encourage continued improvement within the organisation. You will also be expected to secure and meet the needs of service users whether delivered internally or via business partners.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years previous experience of Management within a similar role. Alongside experience working with Platforms within the UK Wealth environment, you will need to be confident working in multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional settings.
Operating in an IT role, you will need to have a broad knowledge of technology, be client centric and understand the business benefits associated with the efficient use of technology.
