One of the world's leading Systems Integration consultancies specialising in recruitment software seeks a Business Systems Trainer. Based in Boston or from home office the role will involve 60% travel to their clients (across the USA) offices and deliver bespoke recruitment systems training.
The ideal candidate will have more than 2 years’ experience working in a recruitment consultancy or a supplier to the recruitment sector. The candidate will be confident training all levels of staff from business owners to new starters on how to get the best out of technology to achieve business goals, hit targets and make more placements for less effort.
The role would work on stand alone and project related assignments, the candidate would have ownership for the relationship with the client and ensuring great adoption following the training.

- Creation of Video based learning to remind attendees
You would be part of a team of recruitment process and software experts who are pushing the boundaries to make finding people better jobs easier. Extensive training will be given but you must have a passion for recruitment, process and systems to succeed.
