Pertemps are excited to be assisting a prestigious client, in recruiting an experienced Business Systems Manager, on a Temp to Perm basis.

The Role:
  • Lead and manage support of the licensing systems
  • Own and manage the contract for the Application Management Service and to manage the relationship with system partners
  • Plan and oversee the release of upgrades and enhancements to the systems
  • Lead and manage projects in relation to the enhancement of systems and reporting systems
  • Develop, monitor and manage SLAs
  • To be accountable for the performance management of direct reports including conducting 1-1s, setting objectives, holding performance reviews
  • Oversee resolution of all queries regarding licensing technology and ensure there are relevant processes and procedures in place to resolve queries
  • To participate in the formulation and development of the company’s Technology strategy
  • Engage as part of the company senior management team
  • Own the delivery of the agreed systems roadmap, resourcing to support it and the associated budget.
  • Develop relationships in the business teams
  • To work with the Business and Systems Analysts to identify the scope and business implications of updates and future releases to the licensing system and processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of technology/business processes through identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes
  • Act as a knowledge management expert to the business
  • Plan and manage the day to day tasks and performance of the team ensuring that deadlines and service standards are achieved and maintained

The Person
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Strong experience in management including acting as a leader, motivator of teams and earning respect of team and business
  • Demonstrable leadership and management experience and skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of individuals to perform
  • Proven experience of developing and managing relationship with external partners including contract management
  • Good technical background and understanding of enterprise systems alongside experience of managing 3rd party systems suppliers and managing an outsourced application management service
  • Project management skills including strong stakeholder management experience
  • Has an analytical, problem solving outlook and experience of leading a reporting function
  • Experience of developing and delivering business cases
  • Salesforce knowledge preferable and Certified Administrator preferred
  • Ability to plan ahead and drive to achieve desired outcomes
  • Resilient, self-confident, influencing and assertive with a customer focused attitude
