Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing system support to the user community and wider business systems users. Logging, tracking and resolving user queries; this role is critical to ensuring the systems are an aid to productivity and keep our operation running smoothly. The role will also support in the maintenance and management of the database and User Acceptance Testing during development cycles.

You will quickly acquire a detailed understanding and knowledge of our in-house property management software (Real Page Onesite) and our business and interact with a varied group of people around the business including our IT/Systems, Property Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Investment Management teams, and our senior leaders.

About you

As the successful candidate, you’ll be able to demonstrate experience of operating business systems and providing helpdesk/system support, as well as a background working in operations or finance within the residential property sector or similar environment. You’ll have excellent knowledge of a range of Microsoft products, property management systems and SQL.

You’ll be a great communicator with a strong customer service approach and someone who enjoys working as part of a team and on your own. You’ll thrive working in a fast-paced and changing environment, and possess a natural analytical ability and inquisitive nature where you’re able to collect, analyse and interpret information to formulate solutions and get results.

Salary £27,000 to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience plus bonus and company benefits.
