Business Support Service Administrator (Financial Services)

Salary : £20,000 - £24,000 + benefits + free parking

Location : Farnborough

My client who are based in Farnborough are looking for an Administrator to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have got strong administration and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in Financial Services and be able to work towards deadlines and targets.

Daily Duties

The Business Support team is a centralised administration and client servicing unit to permit end to end processing and management of our client needs. The Business Support team is client and consultant centric.

A key requirement is that the team are working together with the consultants and other departments to deliver the highest quality client experience.

The purpose of this role is to liaise with Advisers and Clients to arrange and book annual review meetings, issue appointment packs and produce valuation reports.

These include processing all servicing work death notifications/claims, letters of authority, policy information requests, verification of identity.

Responding to servicing queries from Advisors, updates on cases, finance queries, policy information queries.

Process provider queries from Advisers.

The role will require excellent planning and organisation skills, a professional pleasant telephone manner and good administration skills

Carry out the appointment making process for all Premium Support Consultants and any additional requests when required, managing this in a timely manner.

Update our back office system, to ensure accurate client data and information throughout the process.

Produce client valuations in readiness for annual reviews and in line with the Client Service Agreement, raising invoices for additional requests which are not part of the paid services.

Process servicing tasks in line with the Client Service Agreement, raising invoices for additional requests which are not part of the paid services.

Build relationships with clients, consultants and third parties (professional connections/product providers etc) as part of your regular telephone and occasional face to face contact.

To participate in project related work, working as one team to meet company goals and targets.

To provide support to your colleagues where workloads need to be spread across the team to reach team goals.

Skills

Administration and customer service experience is essential.

Telephone based experience would be beneficial.

Financial Services experience would be beneficial with knowledge in pensions, life and investments
