Business Support Officer - Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Salary range £18,750 - £22,000 per annum depending on experience
Based at Slough, SL2 5AW
We are looking for a Business Support Officer to join my clients North Neighbourhood section.
The Business Support Officer role provides a vital support service in newly created Regions, with a portfolio lead responsibility for either the allocation of casework to our Case Managers; Gas Safety compliance, by arranging access for our contractors and including the preparation of legal paperwork, where necessary; or supporting our lettings service. The role also involves a variety of administrative duties including scanning, sorting post, collating performance information and processing invoices.
This role is part of our busy Regional teams and will be required to support the local teams in dealing with customer enquiries when they telephone or come into our local offices, so you must have a commitment to the provision of excellent customer service and be able to show initiative in a busy office environment.
You must be organised, flexible and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Also experience of using Microsoft office packages is essential.
