Business Support Manager - B2B

This role will see you being responsible for delivering the highest level of service and support to clients and partners across different sales channels in a highly competitive market. Key duties will involve:

  • Managing business critical administrative and operational functions
  • Developing ongoing training and development opportunities for team members
  • Ensuring the delivery of KPI's and service levels
  • Managing sales and invoicing
  • Analysing and reporting on contracts

Your ability to lead, manage and inspire a team, commercial awareness and experience of working within the sales environment will enable you to excel in this role.
