Hays are recruiting on behalf of a well established multi national company to recruit a Business Support Coordinator to join their newly created Business Support Team. This is a full permanent position, hours are 8-4.30pm Monday-Thursday, 8-3.30pm Friday.
Your new role
As Business Support Coordinator you will administrative support across the site to numerous departments including HR, Procurement, Environmental Health and Safety, Site Payroll and Occupational Health. Your role will involve producing reports, documentation management, creating and raising purchase orders through SAP, coordinating site visits ensuring all aspects are managed professionally (eg. transport, hotel bookings, refreshments), maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and ensuring all data is processed in line with company policy.
What you'll need to succeed
As Business Support Coordinator you must have 5 GCSE's (Grades A-C including Maths & English), at least 1 years' experience in an environment involving data and documentation administration, strong organisation, communication, interpersonal and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. You must have the ability to work as part of a team, multitask and priortise your work. You will also have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable but not essential criteria includes a university degree preferably in a business-related discipline, previous experience using SAP system or similar, invoice management, experience of processing and presenting data and experience working in a multi-national company.
