Business Support Coordinator - to £25K p.a.

In this busy role you will provide an efficient support service to business units and Head Office functions supporting the BU Support Team with expenses & expenditure processing, meeting management and the appointment booking service. You will have intermediate/advanced Excel skills and be numerate and confident with figures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and send out hard copy mailers

  • Log mailer recipients in CRM system

  • Process reply card requests and promotional materials requests

  • Coordinate the circulation and or withdrawals of materials

  • Coordination of promotional stands and monitor promotional materials stock

  • Create consultancy agreements

  • Load agreements, service briefs etc. onto database and archive hard copies

  • Process expense documentation to payment stage

  • Support HR with sending out of documentation

  • Provide admin support including logistics, travel, processing CRM documentation and contracts

  • Back up for appointment booking and diary management for sales force

  • Back up for customer facing expense processing and validation

  • Back up for sending out and collating meeting invites and log responses

Essential Skills/ Experience:

  • A-Levels or equivalent in business related area

  • Experience of multi-tasking and managing work flows

  • Intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills

  • Numerate and comfortable with figures

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and become a "super user"

  • Accurate with a high attention to detail

  • Well organised and able to work under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels

  • Ability to work well in a team
