Business Support Assistant

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a large, well established housing association to recruit a Business Support Assistant on an initial 3 month Fixed Term Contract.

The Business Support Assistant Role

  • Providing full administration support to the Managing Director and Senior Management Team (SMT)
  • Diary management as and when required by members of the SMT
  • Creating power point presentations and reports
  • Coordinating meetings including agendas and collation of supporting documents
  • Meeting & greeting clients and visitors, arranging refreshments for meetings
  • Stationary orders
  • Acting as a point of contact and directing queries e.g. SMT availability
  • Accounts invoices & documentation as required
  • Filing and archiving
  • Dealing/ liaising with internal and external contacts & contractors
  • Processing letters as required
  • Assisting with office moves and set up including telephone requirements
  • Supporting with New Starter administration e.g. access passes, induction booking, etc
  • To provide support for ad hoc projects as requested
  • Any other duties commensurate with the post

The successful candidate will have:

  • Able to prioritise varied and conflicting demands
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Timely delivery of tasks with good attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Resilient and flexible with a willingness to get involved in a variety of different tasks
